In a sort of new format for the Monday Show, I invite my friend Isabel over to talk about (and make) food. Isabel and I differ greatly in our approaches to cooking (mostly in that she’s much better at it than I) but one thing we do share: love of food and cooking and making things from fresh. Once we chat a bit, we go into the kitchen to make home made kimchi. I can vouch for it, as it only lasted about a week. By the end there I was putting it on toast it was so damn good.
